Trapis

alright so i have had trapis designed for like 2 weeks but i drew him on paper originally so here's a digital drawring of my boy

so, trapis is a moon elf sorcerer whom valas adopted as a child. he was raised as a moon elf noble with a shitty family, and he was set to inherit the family name, which is always passed along to the oldest daughter. except trapis, although born a girl, is most certainly not one. and on top of that, he stutters when he speaks. he has desire to travel, to see the world, and to most of all, learn magic. so valas helps to smuggle him out, adopts him, and takes him to live with antais and him, w the gemstone elves. this was after valas's campaign but before nises, so valas is around 400 at this time. valas teaches trapis how to make a 'disguise self' potion that he has to drink once a day, but which will keep him safe and unrecognizable and also more masculine. great. so nises mom writes trapis a letter of reccommendation to get into the university, which valas would have done except he's on bad terms with the uni, having been kicked out and all. there, trapis meets his girlfriend, malorne, who is another oc that i'll probably draw tomorrow. trapis studies general magics, as well as celestial history. cool idk if that makes sense. i lov trapis tho

he uses a staff that antais' brother made, and he specializes in necromancy and abjuration magic

he has a crow companion and he loves crows (nise rly digs his crow friend)

he gets along well with nise, but nise kinda scares him, and trapis kinda annoys nise, so they don't talk much outside of like, family gatherings

antais' sister who is a tattoo artist gives him a permenant 'disguise person' tattoo when he's around 300, so he doesn't have to drink the potion every day

he doesn't follow a god but malorne is trying to get him to follow her goddess, iomedae

he's mostly straight but there are some exceptions 

he's afraid of heights which is kinda shitty bc his gf can fly and loves being up high

his fave colour is green

as a child he liked eating and chewing on grass, which his mom condemned 

he's really chill on the outside, but on the inside is mass anxiety
